HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

  • Support HR leadership in executing daily HR operations aligned with business needs
  • Act as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees across assigned business units
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are consistently applied
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide hiring strategies 
  • Support and drive talent development initiatives, including coordinating training programs, facilitating learning activities, and promoting continuous employee development aligned with business needs 
  • Partner with managers to identify skill gaps and implement effective training and development plans to enhance individual and team performance
  • Assist in implementing and managing performance review cycles
  • Support managers in goal setting, performance evaluation, and development planning
  • Handle employee queries and support conflict resolution
  • Provide guidance to business leaders on HR policies, procedures, and employment matters
  • Support disciplinary actions and investigations where required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–4 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a fast-paced or international environment
  • Solid understanding of EU labor law, with strong knowledge legal practices
  • Experience across core HR functions is plus
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Fluent in German and English, additional languages are a plus
