Sales Manager (Utility PV Modules) Nordics

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow key accounts across the Nordics and Northern Europe, building long-term partnerships with utilities, EPCs, developers, and energy investors in the utility-scale solar sector.
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations for module, mounting structure, and BESS supply agreements, including framework contracts with Tier 1 partners.
  • Manage the full commercial lifecycle of projects—from early-stage opportunity development and forecasting through contract execution, delivery coordination, and payment follow-up.
  • Act as the primary commercial contact for customers, ensuring smooth coordination across pricing, logistics, contracts, and after-sales topics with internal teams.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline in Salesforce, delivering accurate forecasts, account plans, and performance reporting.
  • Represent the company in the market, engaging with key stakeholders at industry events and staying ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, leveraging market knowledge to position competitive solutions and win strategic projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years previous experience within a similar role in an international company.
  • Experience with investorsutilities, and EPCs in the solar sector is an advantage.
  • Experience with CRM and/or Salesforce.
  • Experience with document review/contract review tools in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proactive self-starter and problem solver.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Target driven.
  • Born to travel and meet clients face-to-face.
  • Person to be based in North Germany or Denmark
  • Fluent English, any further European language skills is a plus
