Project Delivery and Service Manager, Argentina

Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and budget.
  • Coordinate all project activities, ensuring alignment with Trina Storage’s strategic objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clear communication of project goals.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and report on project performance, proactively addressing issues as they arise.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Track project expenditures and financial performance, providing regular updates to management.
  • Ensure all project activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting BESS projects.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. An additional MSc in Engineering or an MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on utility scale or PMGD renewable energy projects and/or Substations. Experience in BESS system is a plus.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proactive and autonomous, able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to have a professional conversation with English speakers in the field (Level B2 of English or higher).
  • Argentinian citizenship.
