Tracker Operation Intern

Intern / Student, Part-time · Spain - Madrid Office

Responsibilities
  • Support the internal order process to advance projects. 
  • Track and implement supply POs and contracts daily in the BPM and ERP systems, ensuring all procedures comply with Trina standards. 
  • Follow up on sales proposals and negotiations with customers across Europe, conduct internal contract reviews, and provide strong service to new and existing accounts. 
  • Communicate and coordinate with various departments (Legal, Finance, QHSE, Engineering, Project Management to support in tender process, pre-qualification, and contract negotiation. 
  • Work closely with HQ and the European team to create forecast reports and sales recognition. 
  • Collaborate with HQ to implement system optimizations, such as new BPM and Salesforce systems.  
Requirements
  • We are offering a intern position in our Madrid office for a six-month period
  • Applicants should have at least six months of previous work experience.
  • The ideal candidate will be an undergraduate majoring in economics, finance, or administration. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office is required, as well as the ability to work well within a team and deliver exceptional customer service. 
  • Candidates should demonstrate clear reasoning and attention to detail in their work. 
  • The role requires the ability to work with some guidance and limited supervision, and a strong capacity for learning. 
  • Fluency in English is essential for this role, and knowledge of Chinese is considered an advantage.
