Responsibilities
  • Support the monthly payroll for process across all European entities 
  • Support European-wide implementation of global HR initiatives 
  • Prepare employment contracts and amendments in compliance with country-specific legislation 
  • Manage onboarding and introduction process for new starters 
  • Ensure internal documents and policies are up to date 
  • Support HR Administration when needed (onboarding & offboarding process, reference letters, work permits etc.) 
  • Support absence tracking/time registration system  
  • Support monthly HR budget  
  • Manage ad-hoc HR Projects  
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other relevant field 
  • 2 years of experience in a similar position preferably in an international environment  
  • Solid experience in payroll and internal staffing 
  • Experience with German and/or European labor regulations and social security 
  • Service oriented and proactive 
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and toward tight deadlines 
  • Excellent communication skills 
Languages: 
Excellent English and German language skills spoken and written.
